Cuba Libre Cupcakes

Part of a range of cocktail cupcakes for a hen party these chocolate cupcakes were made with the addition of Fentiman's Cola and lime and frosted with dark chocolate and dark rum icing.
The other cupcakes in the range were Strawberyy Daiquiri (made with fresh strawberries and rum) and Tequila Sunrise (made with oranges, grenadine and Herradura 2 year aged tequila).
