Signature Cakes

Any flavour of cake is available as a 'signature' 4-layer cake, however the flavours listed below were designed specifically to take advantage of this type of cake. Each 8 inch cake serves 24 generously.

  • Blueberry-Lemon — Blueberry sponge (made with real blueberries) sandwiched with whipped vanilla buttercream and home made lemon curd — £40
  • Chocolate Orange — Alternating layers of moist chocolate and fragrant orange sponge sandwiched with a rich dark chocolate and Cointreau ganache — £40
  • Green Tea and Dark Chocolate — Japanese Matcha Green Tea cake layered with rich chocolate buttercream made using dark chocolate with a minimum of 70% cocoa solids — £42

GENERAL NOTES:

  • Descriptions given are examples rather than rules. I would love to create a new combination for any occasion.

  • Prices given are for the product as described. Alterations may incur cost changes.
  • Number of servings is based on fairly generous slices. You could expect to double it for smaller party size servings.

  • Whilst cakes can be made to take account of allergies and diets, and every care is taken to segregate materials and clean utensils, all cakes are made in the same kitchen so cannot be guaranteed totally free from certain ingredients.
  • It is presently impossible to post cakes. However collection is available from central Edinburgh.
  • Delivery may be possible within the local area, by individual arrangement.
